Garrity's Sports Bar and Grille is one of many sports bars in the neighborhood hosting early evening Happy Hours. Located in the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center Hotel, it also offers dining until late night. McCormick and Schmick's is a national chain restaurant open for dinner with a wide variety of classic seafood from a menu that changes daily to reflect fresh selections. Steaks and grilled chicken are also available at this casual restaurant.
Comedy Works South at the Landmark Theater is a comedy club offering nationally known comedy acts. At the same location, diners can eat at the Lucy Restaurant, featuring an extensive selection of wines and beers and serving bistro type food. The Lila B. Lounge at the same place is open before the comedy shows for a Happy Hour and after for drinks and a small plate menu.
